Happy New Year!

We had a fabulous Christmas with all of our family!  Paige is loved so much by everyone!  It is still a struggle for me not having my grandparents with us.  Paige never got to experience Christmas Eve at my Grandma Edna's.  Those memories will always be held near and dear to my heart.  Growing up, Christmas and/or Thanksgiving were always at my Grandpa Tom and Grandma Mary's house.  Hopefully Paige will keep those memories with her forever!

These last two years we have traveled to Aunt Heidi's house to celebrate Christmas with the Fryer side.  Paige loves traveling to her aunt Heid's.  Maybe we have created a new Christmas tradtition!

These last few years, it really has been fun making our own family traditions!  For the first time ever we had mom and dad to our house for Christmas dinner.  With great success, I made my first prime rib dinner!

We just returned from McCall.  For the last several years, Curtis has liked to spend his birthday and New Year's in McCall.  This year was a bit different for us as there wasn't any snow!  The first two days it rained and rained.  The ski hill wasn't able to open until Dec 30 due to lack of snow!  We usually get 3-4 days of skiing in and this year we got in "2 hours" of skiing.  We look forward to this vacation every year.  Not much could ruin this trip, not even the rain!  I enjoyed just sitting by the fire reading my book and watching these two dance along with the Wii!
